Acquired: Via trade with Detroit in exchange for Ole-Kristian Tollefsen and a fifth round pick in 2011 on February 6, 2010.
2009-10 Playoffs: Set Flyers franchise records for goals (7) and points (21) by a rookie in a single playoff season, surpassing records held by Mel Bridgeman (six goals, 1976) and Brian Propp (15 points, 198)… Posted nine points in the Stanley Cup Final vs. Chicago, scoring at least a point in five of the six games… Had three assists in Game 5... Scored game winning goal in Game 4...
