Set new career high for goals in a season, for assists in a season and for points in a season…Missed six games from March 15 through 25 due to a hip flexor injury sustained vs. Toronto on March 12...Posted two assists at NY Islanders on Jan. 19, tying his career high for assists in a game (fifth time) and points in a game (sixth time)...Missed game at Florida on Dec. 30 and at Tampa Bay on Dec. 29 recovering from knee injury...Posted two assists vs. Toronto on Dec. 27...Missed game vs. Buffalo on Dec. 22 after sustaining a right knee sprain at Buffalo on Dec. 21...Was suspended by the NHL for two games (Nov. 1 & 2) on Oct. 29 as a result of being assessed a game misconduct at Boston on Oct. 27...Was scoreless vs. Carolina on Oct. 20, ending his career-high four-game point-scoring streak (1G,4A)...Posted two assists at Vancouver on Oct. 10, tying his career high for assists in a game (third time) and points in a game (fourth time)...Posted an assist at Calgary on Oct. 4,  his 100th career NHL game.

2006-07: Posted two assists vs. NY Islanders on April 7, his second career multiple-assist game...Missed three games from March 31 through April 5 due a mild shoulder sprain sustained at New Jersey on March 30...Missed four games from Jan. 28 through Feb. 3 due to a right shoulder separation sustained vs. NY Rangers on Jan. 27...Scored his first career NHL goal vs. Tampa Bay on Nov. 2…2005-06: Recorded two goals and three assists for five points and 53 penalty minutes in 21 games for the Flyers’ American Hockey League affiliate, the Philadelphia Phantoms...Was recalled from the Phantoms seven times…Signed a two-year contract extension on Feb. 7…Posted two assists vs. Montreal on Jan. 25, his first career multiple-point game in the NHL...Returned to action with the Phantoms on Dec. 30 after missing 21 games due to injury…Posted an assist on Stevenson's shorthanded goal at Toronto on Oct. 11, his first career NHL point…2004-05: Was a member of the Calder Cup Champion Philadelphia Phantoms… 2003-04: Named Phantoms’ Rookie of the Year…Played his first career NHL game at Washington on March 6…College Career: Played two seasons for the Clarkson Knights of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (2001-02 and 2002-03), registering 22 goals and 31 assists for 53 points and 78 penalty minutes in 67 games…2002-03: Was named a First-Team ECAC All-Star and received The Bill Harrison Most Valuable Player Award as Clarkson University’s most valuable player following the 2002-03 season…Was the first defenseman in school history to lead the Golden Knights in scoring…Recorded 13 goals and 20 assists for 33 points and 65 penalty minutes in 33 games for Clarkson…In addition to points, Jones led his team in assists (20), power play goals (6) and plus/minus (+12)…Was tied for first on Clarkson in goals (13) and was second in penalty minutes (65)…His 33 points also led all ECAC defensemen.
