2007-08
Co-Winner of the Pelle Lindbergh Memorial Trophy as the Flyer who has most improved from the previous season, as voted by his teammates…Was first on the team in penalty minutes with 202 (fourth in the NHL)...Scored his first career NHL goal vs. Montreal on Feb. 17...Was suspended by the NHL for three games (Dec. 5, 7 & 11) as a result of being assessed a match penalty for attempt to injure during the Flyers game against Dallas on Dec. 1...Posted an assist vs. NY Rangers on Nov. 15, his first career NHL point.

CAREER
Played parts of three seasons (2004-05 through 2006-07) with the Flyers’ American Hockey League affiliate, the Philadelphia Phantoms, registering eight goals and 12 assists for 20 points and 664 penalty minutes in 168 regular season games…2006-07: Winner of the Phantoms AHL Man of the Year and the Phantoms Community Service Award…Was scoreless in eight games for the Flyers…Played his first career NHL game vs. NY Islanders on March 24…Recorded a goal and four assists for five points and 125 penalty minutes in 37 games for the Phantoms...Was third on the Phantoms in penalty minutes with 125...2005-06: Winner of the Phantoms Media Award, Unsung Hero Award and Fan’s Choice Award…Posted four points (3G,1A) and 259 penalty minutes in 70 regular season games for the Phantoms...Was second on the team in penalty minutes with 259…2004-05: Won the Phantoms’ Most Coachable Player Award and the Phan Club’s Unsung Hero Award…Led the Phantoms in penalty minutes with 280…2003-04: Split the season between the Dayton Bombers (ECHL) and the Syracuse Crunch (AHL)…Led Dayton in penalty minutes with 258…2002-03: Split his first professional season between the Memphis RiverKings (CHL) and the St. John’s Maple Leafs (AHL)…Led Memphis in penalty minutes with 241 and was a member of the RiverKings’ CHL Championship team…Amateur Career: Played four season for the Prince Albert Raiders of the Western Hockey League (1998-99 through 2001-02), recording 54 goals and 67 assists for 121 points and 382 penalty minutes in 235 regular season games.
