Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund for what I’ve paid so far?
Partial Season Ticket Holders (11 games) can opt to receive refunds for the total paid value of tickets for games canceled each month (calculated assuming 11 games scheduled for the Wells Fargo Center). Refunds will be issued in a lump sum by the 15th of the subsequent month.  Refunds will be processed in the same manner (i.e., refunded to credit card or by check) payment was received.

How do I request a refund?
To elect to receive monthly refunds, please send a written request including your name and account number to Flyers Sales via email at flyerstickets@comcast-spectacor.com or by mail to: 3601 S. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19148.

How do I register to receive interest on my payments?
NO ACTION IS NEEDED.  All accounts are automatically registered to earn 2% interest on their paid value as of September 16th, 2012 unless the Flyers receive written notification by the Partial Season Ticket Holder of record.

Will my credit card still be charged during the work stoppage?

No, your credit card will not be charged for additional payments during the work stoppage. All payment plans have been suspended. No further payments will be processed or collected until an announcement is made finalizing the start of the 2012-13 season.

What happens to the payments I’ve made to date?

Partial Season Ticket Holders (11 games) have been offered the following two options for the payments they have already made to date:

Option 1:
Earn 2% simple interest on the money you have already paid toward your account.

If you choose Option 1, all previous payments on your Flyers account to date shall remain on account through the duration of the work stoppage. NO ACTION IS NEEDED FOR THIS OPTION.

Option 2: Receive monthly refunds.

To select Option 2, please send a written request including your name and account number to Flyers Sales via email at flyerstickets@comcast-spectacor.com or by mail to: 3601 S. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19148.

This option allows you to receive month by month, partial refunds of the amount paid to date on your Flyers account through the duration of the work stoppage.  Refunds will be issued for the total paid value of tickets for games canceled each month (calculated assuming 11 games scheduled for the Wells Fargo Center) and will be issued in a lump sum by the 15th of the subsequent month.  Refunds will be processed in the same manner (i.e., refunded to credit card or by check) payment was received.  Interest does not apply for those accounts selecting Option 2.

If I choose to keep my money on my account, how is the interest calculated?

All accounts receiving interest will earn simple annual interest. Simple annual interest earned is calculated as Total Money Paid multiplied by (*) 2% divided by 365 (number of calendar days) multiplied by (*) the number of days earning interest.
{(Total Money Paid * 2%) / 365}* # of Days Earning Interest = Total Interest Earned

How do I pay the balance once a resolution is announced?

Once the start of the season is announced, all payment plans will resume with the next scheduled payment date in your plan.  At that time, your amount due will be adjusted to reflect the particulars of the revised schedule and will include any further credit due for canceled games and for interest earned, if applicable.  The remaining amount due will be allocated proportionally to the remaining payments due under your payment plan.

What happens to tickets I’ve sold on StubHub?

If you listed tickets directly on StubHub and selected to deliver them by Instant Download - StubHub takes care of delivery for you, at no charge. You don't need to ship or upload anything. The barcode on the ticket that you currently have will be invalidated and a ticket with a new bar code will be issued to the buyer. When your tickets sell, you'll get an email from StubHub telling you when to expect your payment.  Please note that payment/ticket fulfillment and delivery will be completed 72 hours prior to the game.

If an event date or opposing team changes for an event you’ve sold tickets for, StubHub will cancel your sale and the buyer will be refunded.

If you haveadditional questions regarding your StubHub posting, please contact StubHub Customer Service.
