1. THE ROAD-EO BEGINS
The Phantoms kick off a 10-day, five-game road trip tonight against the Amerks… It is the second 10-day or longer road trip of their young season so far… The Phantoms currently own a 2-3-0-0 record on the road, with three of their five games decided by one goal.

2. WE'VE MET BEFORE
This is the second meeting of the season against Rochester… The Phantoms dropped a 6-2 contest at home against the Amerks on Oct. 27… Last season the two teams split the series with the Phantoms going 2-2-0-0, however Rochester owns an 8-3-1-1 record over the last five seasons, including a 4-1-0-1 mark on home ice against Adirondack.

3. A SIMPLE FACT
The Adirondack Phantoms have gone a perfect 4-0 in games when they have scored a power-play goal, however they have lost all five games (0-5) when they fail to convert on the man-advantage… The Phantoms are averaging five power-plays per game.

4. Player to watch PHANTOMS: Sean Couturier
Couturier leads the Phantoms lately with a four-game point streak in which he has eight points (1G-7A)… He also posted two assists on the Phantoms only two goals in their meeting against the Amerks on Oct. 27.

5. Player to watch Americans: Evan Rankin
Rankin has the hot hand for Rochester, posting at least a point in six of their last seven games totaling in at six points (3G-3A) in that stretch… He currently ranks fourth on the team with nine points (3G-6A) in 10 games.
