In our look back at the most iconic and famous moments of the Flyers in the 1980s, a few moments during the 1987 Stanley Cup Final vs. Edmonton certainly deserve to be included, but one in particular stands out above the rest.

JJ Daigneault's game-winning goal in Game 6 is considered by many the loudest moment in the history of the Spectrum.

After falling behind in the series by a 3 games to 1 margin, the Flyers won Game 5 in come from behind fashion over Edmonton to force the series back to Philadelphia.

The same stage would be set in Game 6 after falling behind 2-0 after the first period.

The second period saw the Flyers cut the Oilers lead in half, but Edmonton's lead held up for most of the third period. Until that is, an improbable 84-second span with seven minutes left to play in the Flyers season.

Brian Propp tied the game on the power-play, while another Flyers comeback became complete as Daigneault jumped on a weak clearing attempt by Jari Kurri and stepped into a slapshot from the blue line beating Oilers netminder Grant Fuhr.

The Flyers would hold on for the victory and force a Game 7...
