Flyers, Sixers Games to Proceed as Planned
Comcast-Spectacor encouraging fans to arrive early

The Philadelphia Flyers vs New York Rangers game scheduled for 1 p.m. today and the Philadelphia 76ers vs. Los Angeles Clippers game scheduled for 7:30 p.m., both at the Wachovia Center, will proceed as planned.
Comcast-Spectacor is encouraging fans attending either the Flyers or the Sixers game to plan accordingly and allow for extra time when traveling to the Wachovia Center. The Wachovia Center will open at 11:30 a.m. to accommodate early Flyers fan arrivals. The AT&T Pavilion at the Wachovia Center will remain open all day for early Sixers fan arrivals.
Comcast-Spectacor would also like to remind their fans to travel safely and to be patient and use caution while driving to the Sports Complex. The parking lots at the Wachovia Center have been cleared and will continue to be cleared throughout the day to accommodate fans.
Comcast-Spectacor is also advising fans to consider using public transportation to the Wachovia Center today.
Both the National Hockey League and National Basketball Association have policies that when both the home team and the away team are in town that the game proceeds as planned.
