Holmgren Updates van Riemsdyk, Tollefsen

Philadelphia Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren gave the following update on Sunday regarding James van Riemsdyk and Ole-Kristian Tollefsen, who were both injured during Saturday night's 2-1 shootout win over St. Louis at the Wachovia Center:
"James has a 'fleck' fracture at the tip of his left pinkie finger. He will not practice [Monday] and is day-to-day. Ole (who suffered a mild concussion) was better today, and we will re-evaluate again tomorrow. He will not practice [Monday] and is day-to-day."
Van Riemsdyk, who is tied for the league lead in scoring among rookies with 14 points, was hit by a Jeff Carter slap shot and also suffered a cut on the finger which required stiches after the game.
Tollefsen was knocked hard into the boards during the game, and if he and Ryan Parent (lower body injury) remain out for Thursday's game against Ottawa, the team will likely recall a defenseman from Adirondack.
Oskars Bartulis was recalled earlier in the season but did not play a game.
