The Philadelphia Flyers announced that they have further reduced their training camp roster by loaning four players to their American Hockey League affiliate, the Adirondack Phantoms, according to club General Manager Paul Holmgren.
 
Forwards David Laliberte, Patrick Maroon, Lukas Kaspar and Jason Ward were loaned to Adirondack. In addition, defenseman Joey Mormina was returned to the Phantoms after being recalled earlier this weekend. He was originally loaned to the Phantoms on September 22nd.

The following players have cleared waivers and were loaned to the Phantoms on Tuesday, September 22: forwards Krys Kolanos and Jared Ross, and defensemen Sean Curry and Joey Mormina.

The Philadelphia Flyers have trimmed their training camp roster by 29 players, assigning 19 players to their American Hockey League affiliate, the Adirondack Phantoms, returning eight players to their junior team, and releasing two players invited on a try-out basis, according to club General Manager Paul Holmgren.
 
Among the 19 players assigned to the Phantoms are forwards: Josh Beaulieu, Rob Bellamy, Matt Clackson, Ryan Dingle, Jonathon Kalinski, Garrett Klotz, Jonathan Matsumoto, Andreas Nodl and Tomas Sinisalo; defensemen: Oskars Bartulis, Marc-Andre Bourdon, Joonas Lehtivuori, Kevin Marshall, Mike Ratchuk, David Sloane and Logan Stephenson; and goaltenders: Jeremy Duchesne, Nic Riopel and Michael Teslak.
 
The eight players returned to their respective junior teams are forwards: David Labrecque (Shawinigan, QMJHL), Zac Rinaldo (London, OHL), Mike Thomas (Saint John, QMJHL) and Eric Wellwood (Windsor, OHL); defensemen Tyler Hostetter (Erie, OHL) and Brennan Yadlowski (Lethbridge, WHL); and goaltenders Adam Morrison (Saskatoon, WHL) and Jacob DeSerres (Seattle, WHL).
 
In addition, the team announced that it has released forwards Mark Bell and Adrian Foster. Each was invited to Training Camp on a try-out basis.
 
Hostetter, 19, invited to training camp on a try out basis earlier this month, signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Flyers prior to returning to the Otters. A native of Lititz, Pennsylvania, Hostetter recorded 23 points (6G,17A) and 49 penalty minutes in 61 games with Erie last season and has compiled 34 points (7G,27A) and 80 penalty minutes in 118 career regular season games in two seasons with the Otters.
