Philadelphia Flyers television play-by-play announcer Jim Jackson recently read to the fourth graders at A.S. Jenks School in Philadelphia for their Book Day as part of November's National Book Month.
Each year the fourth grade students at A.S. Jenks School write letters to their favorite local celebrities inviting them to be guest readers. Joining Jackson were Governor Ed Rendell, District Attorney Lynne Abraham and Police Commissioner Sylvester M. Johnson.
