February 11, 1993...Flyers and Canadiens Skate To Scoreless Tie

On this date in 1993, the Flyers and Montreal Canadiens skated to 0-0 tie at the Spectrum. Flyers goaltender Tommy Soderstrom stopped all 23 Canadiens shots, while Montreal goaltender Andre Racicot stopped all 26 Flyers shots.

The 0-0 tie was the sixth scoreless game in club history. The Flyers now have eight scoreless games in team history, including last season's 0-0 tie at San Jose on October 16.

For Racicot, it was his second, and last, career shutout.
